Biography


I am a first-year PhD student in the joint program between Zhejiang University and Westlake University (2025—), advised by Prof. Yue Zhang. My current research interests focus on Multimodal Learning and LLM-based Agents. Alongside my research, I am actively working on several innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Before starting my PhD, I worked as a research assistant at Westlake University (2023—2025). I received my M.Eng. from Tianjin University (2020—2023), advised by Asst. Prof. Meishan Zhang, and my B.Sc. from Huazhong Agricultural University (2016—2020).

One of our commercialized products currently in operation. Independently built the full-stack user account system (front-end & back-end), the back-end payment pipeline, and the token-billing & metering system.

Online Quiz System
Students Online Quiz System, 2024

Independently designed and implemented an Online Quiz System using Django, which has been deployed on a cloud server for teachers to conduct classes and students to take tests.

VDM
Customized Virtual Digital Human, 2023

Employed innovative Large Language Model, Automatic Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech, and Talking Head Generation technologies to develop interactive, tailor-made virtual digital personas.

Drone
Human-Computer Interaction in Simulation Environment, 2022

Utilized UAV to capture images of a simulation environment, then used image descriptions to direct the UAV's flight to a specific position. Implemented a pixel-based technique to determine distance by tracking image pixel changes.

VLN
Visual Language Navigation in Real Environment, 2021

Explored visual language navigation for UAV in real environment using the VLNCE model. Predicted user instructions and RGB/depth images transmitted to UAV via ROS for corresponding actions.
